Correction of inverted nipples depends upon the degree of retraction.

• You are likely to experience soreness for about three days after the procedure; this can easily be addressed with pain killers.
• You may also have pain, swelling and sensitivity in the nipple area which could last for up to two weeks.

Your surgeon will give you specific recovery instruction but typical post operative care includes;

• Wait for a day after the surgery to shower.
• Rest for the first week.
• Avoid strenuous activities for about 4 weeks
